A 54-YEAR-OLD Stroud man has admitted a catalogue of 14 child sex offences.

Michael Nash, of Cashes Green, pleaded guilty to seven charges of causing or inciting a 14 year old girl to engage in sexual activity between February and April last year.

He also admitted three offences of making indecent photographs of children - 23 of the worst kind, Category A, 20 at Category B and 120 at Category C.

Nash further pleaded guilty to possessing an extreme pornographic image involving an animal and a person.

And he admitted three offences of distributing indecent photographs of children in June and July 2015.

After pleading guilty at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, February 24, Nash was bailed until his sentencing on Friday, March 24.

Applying for a pre-sentence report on Nash, defence solicitor Jon Holmes said his client realised a prison term was likely.
