A CHARITY shop in Stroud which raises money to support refugees is holding a live music and cocktail night on Saturday, March 25.
Rasmachaz at 47 Stroud High Street will welcome the uplifting world fusion, east African vocals and groovy rhythms of Solomento from 8pm till 1am.
They will perform their acoustic set using traditional Cuban and Mento instrumentation with baselines driven by Marimbula and a Latin and Ska back-beat.
The shop window has been decorated with a large sign that reads ‘Choose Love’.
There is a licenced bar. Entry is free but a suggested donation of £5 is welcomed on the door. For more information visit the Facebook page here.
