Bisley with Lypiatt: Mr Rob Green & Ms Jacky Martel, 65 Bisley Old Road, removal of internal dividing wall and redundant chimney breast to allow renovation to provide kitchen/family room. Associated works to roof and link corridor; Mr Richard Claridge, Middle Lypiatt House, extra ensuites to bedrooms and refurbish existing. Re-instated partition to side of stairs. Balustrading to stairs added. Dry lining to stone walls. New partitions to form ensuites.

Cashes Green: Mr & Mrs Oliver, 152 The Bassetts, removal of conservatory and erection of single-storey rear and side extension.

Chalford: Mrs Forrest, Brantwood Road, Chalford Hill, TI: Yew – Crown Raise 2x lowest parallel branches, stop from rubbing on shed roof. T2: Oak – Crown Raise side limb over drive and electric wires. T3: Walnut – Remove as per Arborist Report. T4, T5: Beech – Crown raise off drive to approximately 6metres to allow construction work on garage. T6: Horse Chestnut at back gate – not in conservation nor TPO’d but included in Arb report for removal; Mr Cleaveley, 8 Lypiatt View, Bussage, conservatory extension to principle elevation;

Horsley: Mr David Free, Willow Barn, Nupend, erection of double garage. Revised plans to replace those approved previously.

Leonard Stanley: Mr Wilcox, Land to The Rear Of Jimuir, Bath Road, new dwelling to replace existing planning for new dwelling; Mr Robert A Denner, 73 Brimley, dropped kerb for access to off-road parking; Ms H Bridge, 63A Brimley, to drop the kerbs to a previously constructed vehicular parking area; Mr Stephen Williams, Marsh Lodge, Marsh Road, remove modern fireplace surround in lounge. Expose original fireplace and install Stovax Stockton 5 Stove.

Minchinhampton: Mr David Luff, 11 Ollney road, new garage and porch canopy at the front of the property. Replace existing dining extension with larger extension; Mr Mark Davis, 6 Butt Street, demolish external store and outhouse and build extension to form replacement kitchen.

Nailsworth: Mr & Mrs Dave Watson, Haycroft, Spring Hill, demolition of existing flat roof near extension and erection of proposed single-storey flat roof rear extension to provide enlarged kitchen; Mr & Mrs M Rooksby, Prospect House, Rockness Hill, first flor extension and new garage; Mr A Miller, 4 Dark Lane, rear single-storey extension and removal of garage.

There is no formal mechanism for consultation on these types of applications, particularly where “prior notification” is involved. On occasion, the case officer may wish to contact public bodies to confirm information submitted.

Arlingham: SC Bond Tree Services, Ash Grove, High Street, Ash T1 fell, tips are dying back and it’s growing very close to house conservatory. Ash T2 Pollard, extremely poor quality tree suffering from huge amounts of canker.

Bisley with Lypiatt: Markey construction, Old Reservoir, discharge of condition 19 of S.13/0966/FUL;

Brimscome and Thrupp: Austin Design Works, Iris Cottage, The Bourne, S.15/0198/HHOLD – minnow Amendment to clad the extension in cedar instead of arch; Dr N Robinson, Land west of the Bungalow, Toadsmoor Road, use as builders yard, open storage and for the parking of HGV’s and trailers;

Chalford: Cross, 1 Marle Hill Cottages, Marle Hill, Golden Macrocarpa, fell to near ground level by soft felling only. 5 Ash Stems, fell to near ground level. Fir tree in the corner fell to near ground level. Plum on the lawn, reduce by up to 3 metres all round; Mr Dennis Thompson, Skiveralls Cottage, 3 Lime trees T1, T2 and T3 reduce, five secondary branches in total by 3 metres in length back to suitable laterals that are growing close to surrounding properties. Remove all major deadwood. Remove all basal growth around the buttresses and trunks or T1, T2 and T3 to allow for further inspection.

Eastington: Mr Fairhurst, Manor Cottage, Churchend, T1 Alder fell and T2 Holly fell.

Frampton-On-Severn: Tompkins Barron Ltd, Land north of Frampton-On-Severn, T2 – Willow fell. T3 – Silver Birch, reduce height by 2-3metres. T4 – Willow, reduce to 60 centimetres high. T5 – Willow, reduce to 60 centimetres high. T8 – Willow, reduce to 60 centimetres high. T11 – Corsican Pine fell. T14 – Silver Birch, reduce height by 3-4 metres.

Minchinhampton: Mr Paul Bradley, 34 Friday Street, T1 European Cypress – Fell. T2 Crack Willow – remove.

Nailsworth: Mr Graham Beer, Lakeside, Arnolds Lane, coppice semi-mature Ash in hedgerow; Mr Mike Smith, St George Church, Church Street, Holly T1 and Western Red Cedar T2, raise the crown to 4 metres above ground level in order to improve visibility of the church from the road and the buildings opposite.

Painswick: Mrs Margaret Drake, March Cottage, Tibbiwell Lane, fell Lawson Cypress tree.

Stroud: Mr Stephen Louks, 4 Erin Park, single-storey rear extension with apex roof. Extend beyond rear wall 3.5 meters. Maximum height 3.2metres. Height to eaves 2.3 metres; Hayward, 31 Bowbridge Lane, Maple tree – reduce all over by approximately 2-2.5 metres and shape; Mr & Mrs J Alliston, Burleigh Howe, discharge of conditions 8 and 12 from permission S.16/2024/VAR.
