Picture nostalgia: Cat feline fine after rooftop rescue in Stroud
IN 1997 firefighters were called to a marooned cat that was stuck on the roof at Uplands in Stroud.
Firefighter Pete Steadman was given the honour of rescuing the feline.
Contrary to popular belief the fire brigade does not receive many calls to save stranded cats
