FAMILIES frolicked in the weekend sun - and brief downpours - for the return of the annual Nailsworth Festival.
Crowds begun the day be watching the feathered frenzy of the duck race.
Onlookers were then able to browse the many arts, crafts and charity stalls in Mortimer Gardens.
Young singers from the Nailsworth Primary School choir entertained the crowds despite some brief downpours.
The Nailsworth Festival runs until this Sunday (May 28) and features an impressive calendar of talks, walks, exhibitions and workshops suitable for a range of ages and interests.
