FOREST GREEN bounced back from a goal down to win the North Wilts Youth League U11 Cup at Swindon Town's County Ground.

Earlier, Lydiard Youth made the brighter starts of the two sides and took the lead on 12 minutes when Jack Campbell-Walker set up Henri Dabbs to finish clinically.

Trailing 1-0 at the break, Forest Green started the second half-well and almost scored when Cameron Tyler went close.

Toby Lambert though pulled Forest Green level when James Dorsett’s corner picked him out and the former kneed the ball home.

Soon after Forest Green were 2-1 up, Ethan Parry scoring from the penalty spot after he had been fouled in the box.

Lydiard Youth were then denied a penalty of their own when the referee waved away appeals for a handball.

The decision proved crucial as Forest Green pushed for a killer third goal.

Cameron Tyler and Elias Moore both went close before the latter tapped home from close range to clinch the cup for Forest Green.
