OLLIE PITT was handed a late red card as Brimscombe crashed out of the FA Cup at Hayes & Yeading, wrties Scott Boulton.
Earlier, Sam Prior’s side were dealt a pre-match blow - Tom Pass picking up an injury during the warm up.
The Lilywhites started brightly - Sam Blackie broke through the defence, but fizzed into the goalkeeper.
The home side were gifted a penalty after the break when captain Chris Greenhough was deemed to have brought down a Hayes player in the box, up stepped former Portsmouth striker Rowan Vine who saw his shot saved by Ashley Gale.
A couple of minutes later Hayes made no mistake in getting the ball in to the back of the net when Manny Duku hammered it home before Ollie Pitt was given his marching orders for a second yellow.
