A 25-YEAR-OLD Stroud woman has been banned from driving after being caught over the limit in her Vauxhall Corsa in Painswick last month.
Rosie Roberts of Swells Hill, Brimscombe, admitted driving with excess alcohol when she appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates' Court.
She was stopped in Stroud Road, Painswick, on August 16 and found to have 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
Magistrates fined her £120, ordered her to pay prosecution costs of £85 and disqualified her from driving for 12 months.
