A 49-YEAR-OLD Stroud motorist who failed to provide a specimen of breath to police has been banned from driving.
Decan Hynam of Holly Tree Gardens, Bridge Road, Ebley, Stroud admitted the offence when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He also admitted driving without insurance.
Police stopped Hynam on September 1 and he committed the offences of failing to provide at police HQ in Quedgeley.
He was fined £350, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
