IRELAND could be facing a housing crisis due to too few homes being built, experts warn.
The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) says it will be 2026 before supply will meet demand.
It has called for VAT to be slashed on new builds for a specified time, to help keep costs down.
