THE Rotary Five Valleys Fireworks returned with another showstopping display.
It took place on Marling School playing fields in Cainscross Road, Stroud, yesterday, Monday.
The event, organised by the Rotary clubs of Stroud, Stonehouse and Nailsworth, is the largest professional firework event across the area.
Over the past five decades the ever-popular event has raised almost £250,000 for various charities.
The profits from the event will all go to good causes, with at least half going towards young people.
Supporting the event this year are a whole fleet of businesses and charities.
This includes Stonehouse Scout Group, Cotswold Boat Mobility, Great Western Air Ambulance, Best for Ben, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Gloucestershire Young Carers, Allsorts, Stroud Community Awards and Kick Out, Stroud.
The amazing display was designed and choreographed to music by British firework champions Star Fireworks.
Attractions included John Coneleys Fun Fair, food and drink, and Under 12s were entertained with Punch and Judy shows free-of-charge before the display.
