A WELSH law firm Redkite Solicitors has merged with Gloucestershire-based Phoenix Legal Group, which has offices in Stroud, Dursley and Stonehouse.

Redkite is one of the largest legal firms in Wales, with 90 employees and seven offices along the M4 corridor.

All 28 employees of Phoenix will remain with the firm, now renamed Redkite Solicitors Incorporating Phoenix Legal Group.

The firm will continue to offer legal services to clients from around the Stroud district.

Neil Walker, CEO of Redkite, is delighted with the merger.

“Redkite Solicitors has been helping individuals, families and businesses across England and Wales resolve their legal issues for over one hundred years.

“We have been looking to grow the business and expand into England and Phoenix was the perfect fit. We are very pleased with the merger and the possibilities it brings.

“Like Redkite, Phoenix is a law firm rooted in its local communities that prides itself on its quality service and personal touch.

“The expert teams based in the three Gloucestershire offices will continue to offer the same provision to their loyal clients, while also being able to offer a wider range of legal products to individuals, families and businesses.”
