A 28-YEAR-OLD Stroud man has been fined £500 for failing to stop after causing an accident in his van.
Oliver Fudge of Matthews Way, Stroud admitted failing to stop and driving without insurance when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on November 2.
He was driving a Vauxhall Vivaro panel van at Brimley, Leonard Stanley on June 18 when the accident occurred.
Fudge was also ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.
