A 22-YEAR-OLD Coaley man assaulted two people and then resisted a police officer the following day, a court heard.

Alexander Pugh of Hamshill, Coaley, who had pleaded not guilty, was convicted of three offences when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on November 8.

On April 27, he assaulted two people in Dursley and the following day he resisted PC Greenfield in Coaley.
