BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winners Kathryn Roberts and Seth Lakeman will appear at Meysey Hampton Village Hall on Saturday, December 2 as part of the new Arts in Rural Gloucestershire 2017-18 season.
Long established as one of the UK folk scene’s most rewardingly enduring partnerships, the couple’s intimacy and strength of passion on stage have won them many fans and an enviable reputation.
With a story that includes over 20 years of music making with the likes of Cara Dillon, the Levellers, Kate Rusby and Show of Hands, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman have consolidated themselves as pillars of modern British folk.
Air in G is a not-for-profit county-wide organization that offers financial and practical support to individuals or organizations who wish to host performances in their local village hall, community centre, or school.
