Traffic beginning to build in Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds ahead of rush hour
THERE are a few problems developing on the region's roads ahead of the morning rush hour.
Some of the roads heading into Bristol are already getting busy, particularly the ring road.
Further north, strong winds have forced restrictions to traffic on the M48 Severn Bridge to be brought in.
Elsewhere the roads are moving well so far.
