AN attempted burglary at the Co-operative, in King’s Stanley High Street, was thwarted by police last night.
Two people, believed to be males, were spotted on the roof of the store by a member of the public.
The police were called at 11.05pm and chased the intruders away.
Enquiries are currently on-going and anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting incident number 469 of December 15.
