A PENSIONER from North Nibley has been placed under curfew after being found guilty of a sex offence.
Dennis Marshall, 66, of Tyndale Close denied sexually touching a woman without her consent on May 1 but was convicted at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on December 20.
Marshall was given a community order until March 4 and placed on an electronically tagged home curfew for three months.
He was also ordered to pay £620 prosecution costs.
