TWENTY creative minds will be offering visitors the opportunity to have their minds challenged at unique multi-media exhibition opening in Stroud this weekend.

The unique multi-media, multi-mind exhibition hopes to challenge ideas and beliefs about truth and reality using a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, sound, poetry, Suiseki and more.

Where else but Stroud could you sit on a bean bag with a bevvy or cuppa, musing and philosophising, surrounded by rotating clock faces, blurry dots, magic-eye images?

Organisers invite you to go along with an open mind and enjoy the adventure. Pop in for a quick look, or settle in for as long as you please.

Artists exhibiting include:  Ruth Bowers, Tonia Maddison, Dennis Gould, Fergus Ryan, Stuart Butler, Robert Daglish, Rachel McDonnell, Deborah Roberts, Jay Ramsay, Harry isles, Lucy Guenot, Melissa Foks & Lucy Daniels, Jehanne Mehta, Jeff Cloves, Dave Crane, Deborah Cox, Kayleigh Hilsdon, Bill Jones, Marcus Blackett.

The show will run daily from this Saturday until January 28 at the John Street Gallery, SVA 4 John Street.

Opening hours: Mon - Thurs 12.30pm - 6.30pm, Friday until 9pm and weekends 11am-8pm.

John Street Social will provide a bar until 11pm on Friday evenings.

There will also be a live presentation piece about one man's personal journey to traverse the 'facts' about the 9/11 disaster and deep into his own inner truths this Saturday and next Friday at 6pm.
