The SNJ social media efforts have been recognised with a national award.
Stroud News and Journal, has been recognised as the fastest growing news title on Facebook within the national Newsquest newspaper group.
Journalists at the Lansdown offices have reported the latest news and sport from across the Five Valleys plus coverage of the arts, what's on guide, property, jobs and cars, as the SNJ for over 61 years.
Recently, the paper has embraced the digital challenge to ensure that local news can be delivered to its readers across the web and social media, as and when it happens.
Our team believe that news is vital to the heart of any community, and are passionate about providing a balanced and unbiased reporting platform, among the abundance of information that is available online.
Everyone at the paper would like to thank the district for allowing us to report such a vibrant, thriving and interesting community.
SNJ reporters will continue to strive to champion transparency, local democracy, and share your news from across the area.
Thank you!
