A 4x4 vehicle has crashed into a wall at the bottom of the W in Nailsworth, overnight.
The car, which appears to have failed to make the final corner down into the town, is yet another victim of the icy roads that have been affecting drivers in the region.
Police have closed the road, locally known as the W, which leads from Nailsworth up to Minchinhampton Common.
