TRAIN services across the county have been disrupted due to yesterday's snow and freezing temperatures.
At 7.29am this morning Great Western Railways announced that due to the severe weather between Swindon and Gloucester all lines are blocked.
Services running between these stations have been cancelled, and disruptions is expected to last for the rest of the day.
According to the GWR website there will be no trains running out until around 10am this morning.
Additionally, replacement road transport will not operate due to the poor road conditions.
Railway services are affected across the whole of the rail network this morning, impacting travellers in Hereford, Worcester, Plymouth, Exeter and Reading.
Those planning to travel by train today are advised to check their journey via gwr.com before setting off.
