Nailsworth: Forest Green Rovers FC, The New Lawn, Smiths Way, Forest Green, resubmission of S.17/0850/OUT - the demolition of The New Lawn Football Stadium (Forest Green Rovers FC) and re-development to provide the erection of up to 95 dwellings, up to 0.11 hectares of community uses (which may include D1/D2/A3/B1 uses), landscaping, open space, associated access, parking and infrastructure, all matters reserved except access (using existing access).
Miserden: Sudgrove House, Farm Cottage, proposed single storey extension.
Nympsfield: Arthurs Yard, Tinkley Lane, Discharge of condition 3 (Drainage) of Application S.18/0193/FUL.
Painswick: Perivale, Stamages Lane, internal alterations, replacement single storey rear extension and single storey side extension to replace existing shed; Hale Cottage, Hale Lane, yew - overall hard trim to reduce by 0.5m all round; 3 Stroud Road, remove dead birch stump, acacia, crown reduction by 2m back to last cutting points; Paradise House, Paradise, erection of timber stables for 2 ponies.Stonehouse: 34 Ryelands Road, dormer extension to side.
Stroud: The Maltings, Merrywalks, conversion of restaurant into 7 flats; Grove House, Painswick Road, replace stables with car port and store.
Woodchester: Cotswold View, Frogmarsh Lane, South Woodchester, removal of porch roof and addition of second storey above porch to create new bathroom.
