A MAN from Bristol who had been arrested by police on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash near Whitminster on Sunday has been eliminated from the investigation.
Reported on the A38 in Moreton Valence at 2.20am on Sunday, the crash resulted in the death of a man, who is believed to be 21 and from Gloucester.
Later that day, a 17-year-old boy from Gloucester handed himself into police and a 20-year-old man from Bristol was also arrested.
Both were subsequently released under investigation but the 20-year-old has since been eliminated from the investigation by officers.
Witnesses are being urged to call 101 and quote incident 74 of April 22 with any information.
