Fire services are fighting a blaze at a garage in Dudbridge, Stroud.
An acetylene cylinder is understood to have started the blaze at ATS Euromaster.
Two fire engines are at the scene and a 100 meter cordon is in place.
People from local businesses have been evacuated.
