Acorn School in Nailsworth is holding its summer fair tomorrow, with one particularly special stall.

Aside from offering food, a tearoom, bric-a-brac and plenty of games for children, the independent school for those aged 7 to 18 will be telling fair-goers on Saturday, June 23 about its efforts fundraising for another defibrillator for Nailsworth.

Though the defibrillator would be kept at the school, it would be available for use by the public in an emergency.

Acorn School is also emphasising re-usables at its fair, with second hand books and clothes stalls.

And parents will be able to speak to staff to find out much more about the school.

The fair runs from 10am to 2pm and is being held on the school’s ground on Church St.
