Chef Ting said that she is proud to be bringing the flavours of her Singapore heritage to Stroud.
"I am so proud to launch Temple Mama’s pop-up café in Stroud. Spending most of my childhood at our family temple, I was lucky enough to learn some amazing recipes. I decided it’s only fair that these are shared with the masses.

“Even the logo for Temple Mama reflects my roots and vision,” she explained.
“The chrysanthemum is symbolic of powerful Yang energy and life. The girl represents the women in my family that have passed on their wonderful recipes, together they symbolise Temple Mama, bringing you food that not only tastes great, but nourishes the soul.”
The delicious, healthy menu will be available for breakfast and lunch
Ting is promising to bring bold and exciting flavours to the centrally located venue, serving coconut jam toasties, homemade granola with Cotswold honey, or her signature Buddha bowls.
