A PLANE crash in the village of Hawling was attended by emergency services today.
North Cotswolds and Tewkesbury Police responded to calls regarding the crash promptly.
A spokesman from Gloucestershire Police said:"The incident was reported at 5.55pm on Tuesday, August 21.
"This was after the aircraft, a Skyranger Microlight, crashed into a tree whilst taking off from Hawling airfield."
Fortunately, two men aged 23 and 65 were not injured despite being onboard the aircraft.
"Roads surrounding the site are currently closed and drivers are advised to avoid the area," added the police spokesman.
The Air Accidents Investigation branch has been informed.
