FOLLOWING thunder storms and persistent rain this week, the ground is saturated and many roads are becoming flooded.
Slad Road, just past Wade's Farm, is a particular cause for concern, as flood water has gathered on a tight bend.
SNJ sports editor Ashley Loveridge has been walking in the area and sent us a couple of videos of the ground water there.

He said: "Anyone driving, or walking, running or biking along Slad Road, just beyond Wades Farm needs to take really good care today.
"The road is flooded, it's on a very dangerous bend and the pathway is completely impassable.
"The road is passable for cars, but drivers are having to go onto the other side of the road , so it's a really, really dodgy spot."
