SAM Wilson was caught drink-driving after a road accident in Frocester.

Wilson, aged 24, of Guildings Way, King's Stanley, was involved in a collision with another car in Bath Road on July 28, Stroud Magistrates' Court heard on Thursday.

He was later found to have 99 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit being 80 millilitres.

Wilson, who pleaded guilty, said: "I am sorry for the inconvenience I have caused, especially to my family. I feel like I have let them down. I was just stupid."
