Acoustic trio at bar

LOCAL acoustic trio Cuckoo Row will play at Hub Acoustic in the Sub Rooms Cafe Bar on Wednesday, April 16.
The band, made up of local students Aimee Ballinger, Freddie Whittaker and Meri Wills, play as an acoustic threepiece, with piano, guitar and three part vocal harmonies. Their set includes a selection of melodic original and cover material, ranging from the Jackson 5 to Zero 7.
The trio have seen increasing local success after the release of their debut album Lost on Cuckoo Row last year.
The doors open at 8pm with tickets priced at £3.50. There is a fully licenced bar and copies of Lost on Cuckoo Row will be on sale for £5 (£2 lower than the normal retail price).
