House prices in Stroud have plummeted by an average of over £12,000 in the month of December, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The price fall in Stroud is one of the largest percentage decreases in the entirety of the UK over the month.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in December 2022 average house prices in Stroud reached £349,915.
