A 65-year-old man was caught speeding on the M4.
Simon McBurney, aged 65, of Steanbridge Lane, Slad, appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 9.
McBurney was driving a Volvo at 71mph on the M4 eastbound between J20 (Almondsbury) and J19 (Hambrook) in spite of a 60mph limit.
He was fined £220 and must pay an £88 victim services surcharge plus £90 costs.
The £398 total must be paid by Wednesday, October 4.
