STROUD High School's production of High School Musical 2 gets underway soon to raise money for charity.
Former Stroud High student Hannah Eastcott, 18, is leading the production, which has a cast of 30 students aged from 11 to 18.
"I wanted to include as many students as possible from all ages purely because I want to encourage people to act from a young age and to continue through their teenage years," she said.
"We have different people singing in every song so it involves all the cast. We have Year 7 and 8 students singing alongside A-level students."
The choreography is planned by a group of Hannah's friends who make up the production team.
"We did the original High School Musical in November at the school and collected £2,800 for the Brainwave charity. We would like to raise more money this time," added Hannah.
"Proceeds are being split between the special baby care units at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and St Thomas' in London."
The show is on Tuesday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 9 at Stroud High School's senior hall starting at 6pm. Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for concessions, call Hannah on 07798704603 to reserve them.
