THE STONEHOUSE community stopped to remember those who have given their lives for their country today, Remembrance Sunday.
Residents paid tribute to the fallen at a Sunday Remembrance service and parade.
A parade went from Regent Street to the Memorial Green before a service on the Green.
There was also a minute's silence and laying of wreaths at the memorial.
Despite the rainy weather, many attended the annual event.
