A SPATE of hygiene grades across the Stroud area have been recently dished out.
New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to seven establishments across the Stroud district, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
