THE STROUD Food and Drink festival will make its much-anticipated return to the town this weekend.
Organisers claim that last year 25,000 people hit the town as part of the three-day event.
This year, the festival is taking place on Friday, May 17, Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19.
There will be road closures in place as part of this across key roads in the town centre.
1. Gloucester Street from Bath Street to Lansdown. Lansdown from Gloucester Street up to junction with Locking Hill.
Continuously from 12pm on Friday, May 17, all day Saturday, May 18 and then until 7pm on Sunday, May 19.
2. Fawkes Place at the entrance to Fawkes Place from Bedford Street and Bedford Street.
Continuously from 12pm on Friday, May 17, all day Saturday, May 18 and then until 7pm on Sunday, May 19.
3. London Road from the junction with Union Street to junction with Russell Street/Four Clocks
Continuously from 12pm on Friday, May 17, all day Saturday, May 18 and then until 7pm on Sunday, May 19.
