SINGER songwriter Tim Manning will cross over from Wales with a set full of Americana-tinged bitter-sweet songs to play at the Prince Albert in Rodborough on Tuesday, January 18. Performing as Blind River Scare, he appears as part of a tour to promote his latest release, a live solo acoustic CD called The Straight and True, which displays his love of alt country, roots, blues and folk music.
Local lass Juey, who hails from Gloucester, will act as support act for the gig. She is an acoustic solo artist who combines tradition with her own unique ideas.
