A SERIES of drop-in sessions will be staged at libraries across the county this month to give users a chance to have their say on proposed changes to the service.

Stroud library will stage its session on Monday, January 24, from 4pm – 7pm, while a similar event will be held at Minchinhampton library the week before on Thursday, January 20, from 2pm – 5pm.

The date for Wotton-under-Edge library is Tuesday, January 25, from 2pm – 5pm, and Matson library on Thursday, January 27, from 10am – 1pm.

Others planned around the county include Moreton library on Thursday, February 3 – 4pm – 7pm, Cirencester library tomorrow, Thursday, January 13 – 10am – 1pm, Churchdown library on Wednesday, January 19 – 6.30pm – 8.30pm, Cinderford library on Friday, January 21 – 10am – 1pm, and Tewkesbury library on Friday, January 14 – 10am – 1pm.

The sessions – organised by Gloucestershire County Council - are a chance to speak to members of the library senior management team and ask any questions you might have.

The council is particularly keen to hear from more young people.
