A WHITE van driver who may have vital information about an attempted burglary is being asked to contact police.
Between 4.10am and 4.20am on Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24, offenders used a stolen Land Rover to ram metal shutters at a petrol station on the Cirencester Road in Brockworth.
Entry was not gained however, and nothing was stolen.
Shortly before this, a white van with the word ‘southside’ written on the side of it was seen driving up the same before returning a few minutes later.
Officers are keen to speak to the driver as he may be able to assist them with their investigation.
To help, contact police on 0845 090 1234, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident 87 of December 24.
