GLOUCESTERSHIRE County Council is offering the public a chance to have their say on library cuts.
A drop-in session, which was postponed in December due to bad weather, has been rescheduled and will take place on Monday, January 24 between 4pm and 7pm in Stroud library, Lansdown.
Action group Stroud Against Cuts will gather to protest the cuts at 3.30pm.
