FAMILIES turned out for a Stonehouse fun day held on Saturday in Oldends Lane playing fields.
The day was organised by Stonehouse Live and Stonehouse Partnership to promote activities for children in the area.
Stonehouse Brownies and Guides were on hand to paint nails, while the Navy Training Corps organised a tug of war.
The Youth Football Club put on activities, and Stonehouse Rotary Club ran a barbecue.
Sumo wrestling proved to be the most popular activity, said Odele Harding from Stonehouse Live, who helped organise the day.
"More than 200 revellers came and it was a fantastic opportunity to spread the word about all the activities that are available for youngsters in Stonehouse," she said.
