Female betting shop worker threatened with knife in armed robbery

AN ARMED thief threatened a female worker with a knife before stealing cash from a till at a bookmakers last night, Tuesday, July 3.
The incident happened around 9pm at the betting shop in Court Road, Brockworth, near Gloucester.
The offender is described as a skinny man, around 5ft 8ins tall and wearing a black balaclava, sunglasses, black jogging bottoms, a black hooded top with the hood up and black shoes.
He turned right after exiting the shop and ran in the direction of the roundabout with Moorfield Road and Boverton Drive.
