FESTIVAL-GOERS could walk away with celebrity signed gifts at Lark in the Park.

A Gloucester Rugby shirt signed by the whole team, a Dawn French photograph, a vest signed by dance group Diversity and a signed Jilly Cooper book will be auctioned off at the music festival.

The festival, which raises funds for The Door Youth Project, takes place on Friday, August 3, and Saturday, August 4, in the grounds of Berkeley Castle.

Organiser Brendan Conboy from the Door, said: "The vision for the event is to see it plant its roots this year and then grow. This year we are using all local bands and performers, who have seen the work that we do and want to support us in establishing this event."

Headlining the Saturday night is Shire Straits, regarded as the leading tribute to Dire Straits.

Other acts include Doreen Doreen, Atomic Rays and the 45s and the festival will also see finalists from The DoorÕs Undiscovered Youth Talent Contest perform on the main stage.

Tickets cost between £6 and £22 with camping from £10 a pitch.
