A tiny kitten was abandoned on the doorstep of the RSPCA shop
A TINY kitten was abandoned on the doorstep of a charity shop in Stroud.
Staff at the RSPCA South Cotswolds Shop in Lansdown were shocked to find the six-week-old kitten near the back door of the store on Friday, August 24.
The shop was closed for the Bank Holiday weekend but Andy Taylor, store manager, was working late and spotted the kitten.
He said: "We are horrified to think what could have happened if she had been left outside all weekend. I am just disgusted that people do this."
A spokesman for the charity reminded people not to leave animals at their shelters, shops or offices.
To re-home an animal please call Nicola on 07772737503.
