police have revealed a description of a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery at Paganhill Post Office in Stroud this morning, Monday, September 17.

At around 9.55am, a man entered the post office in Stratford Road and approached the counter before demanded that staff hand over money.

The offender was holding what is believed to be a knife.

The staff handed over some cash and the man left the premises on foot.

He was described as white, between 23 and 25-years-old and of very slim build. He was wearing a navy blue hooded top, jogging trousers and sunglasses.

Whilst the staff were shocked by the incident, no one was injured.
