EMMA Blomfield is the new apprentice at First Base Employment in Stroud.
Following a successful weeks work experience, Emma,19, and from Stroud, is now a permanent face at the companys office in Rowcroft.
She was first spotted at Gloucestershire Skillsfest, where she stood out among 1,700 attendees as a potential new recruit.
Emma said: "I am very determined to do the absolute best that I can in my apprenticeship and have something to be very proud of this time next year."
