MORE than 20 members of the Stroud Businesswomen's Network will be showcasing their wares and sharing their skills at SBN's Summer Refresher event on Thursday, August 29.
Have-a-go demos of high-energy keep fit as well as calm and spiritual yoga and tai chi sessions will be available, alongside 20 stalls offering a wide range of superb organic beauty, wellbeing, nutrition and lifestyle products, all made or sold by SBN business members.
SBN chairman Catherine Green said: "We don't normally have an August meeting but this year we decided to do something different, inviting SBN members in health, beauty and wellbeing businesses to come and show the rest of us what they do.
"The Summer Refresher morning is free to all SBN members and first-time guests and will include free refreshments including smoothies and fruit, as it's going to be a health-conscious event."
Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing to take part in the have-a-go sessions.
The event, free to SBN members and first-time guests, starts at 9.30am at The Old Lodge, Minchinhampton.
