FUNERAL directors Michael Gamble has teamed up with the bereavement charity MuchLoved to offer families an online tribute facility to commemorate their loved ones.
The service will be offered to families as part of the funeral arrangement process and includes the facility to share messages of condolence, display pictures and video slideshows, light virtual candles and collect funeral donations.
The growth of online tribute sites is increasing and more than 140,000 people have already chosen to share their memories and tributes on MuchLoved, a charity founded by Jonathan Davies a decade ago after the death of his brother and mother. He said: “Many families tell us that developing their tribute site is both a rewarding and therapeutic experience, a way to focus on doing something positive to commemorate the person you have lost.”
