Hobbs House loaf wins bread of the year

NAILSWORTH-based Hobbs House Bakery is celebrating after its Wild White loaf was named Artisanal Bread of the Year at the Baking Industry Awards.
The organic sourdough, which is made with just three ingredients, was the unanimous winner out of more than 100 other products entered into the nationwide competition – organised by British Baker magazine.
